About Normandeau Management Ltd.

Located in Fort Nelson British Columbia, Normandeau Management Ltd. has been in the business of selling and leasing industrial zoned land since 2005.

Our properties range in size from 2.5 acre to 7.9 acre but as some are side by side they can be combined for a larger piece. They are located in the BC Rail Industrial park about 8 km’s south of Fort Nelson, B.C. Some are also rail accessible.
